Evaluation of the Clean Air Fund's campaign supporting London's Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ) expansion utilising outcome harvesting and media analysis to assess its effectiveness in driving public support for the clean air policy.

Iris Project Annual Report

Consulting on The Iris Project's Annual Report for 2022, 2023, and 2024 helping to detail youth-led environmental initiatives, showcasing their impact and the effectiveness of supporting young changemakers.​

Strategic Litigation Workshop

Delivered a workshop for Liberty exploring frameworks for measuring the impact of strategic litigation, later developed into a literature review to guide human rights NGOs in effective evaluation.

Most Significant Change Evaluation

Delivered a one-day MEL training for Global Witness, focusing on funder requirements and alignment with their strategic goals and existing tools like the GW Impact Wheel. It aimed to strengthen the development team's understanding of MEL principles, terminology, and practical applications.

Refined Clean Air Fund Poland's Theory of Change, providing specificity to activities and problems, while clarifying causal links. Also designed a tailored MEL framework to monitor and evaluate the project, including considerations for potential risks.

Implemented an evaluation based on "Most Significant Change"of Migrants Organise's campaign aimed at ending NHS immigration checks and upfront charging. Used the campaign's annual meet to get participants to tell impact stories in line with guidance and best practice

MEL Framework Development

Hired by the Access to Justice Foundation to support the lottery-funded programme over the long term. Developed an impact-focused evaluation framework using a Problem-Driven Iterative Adaptation (PDIA) approach, conducted a literature review on outcome measurement in the legal advice sector, and working towards producing an interim and final evaluation. 

Delivered tailored MEL training for the migrant rights organisation, designed in collaboration with the advocacy director to accommodate varying skill levels. Provided materials for ongoing MEL development and receiving positive feedback from participants.

Supported Spring Impact in designing a MEL framework for the Transform Collective, a programme focused on improving outcomes for young people in care across East and Southern Africa. Rooted in collective impact principles and equity-focused approaches, the framework prioritised the voices of people with lived experience (PWLE) and incorporated workshops on outcome mapping, indicator development, and learning processes.

Formative Evaluation of the Alliance for Clean Air

Conducted on behalf of the Clean Air Fund, this evaluation assessed the Alliance’s private sector engagement to advance corporate air pollution reduction. Facilitated workshops and interviews to identify barriers, align priorities, and deliver actionable recommendations for greater impact and membership growth.

Formative Evaluation of St John’s Foundation School Interventions

Facilitated outcome harvesting workshops with educators in Bath and Somerset to support Impact Ed’s evaluation of interventions aimed at reducing the pupil attainment gap. Engaged teachers and senior leaders to prioritise key outcomes, mapped intervention effectiveness using Mural, and delivered a report with actionable insights to inform future strategies.
